One Month Rent (No VAT)

Marketing the property and finding a suitable tenant.  There is a fee once the tenants move in and then the Landlord will manage the tenancy themselves. There is renewal fee if tenants will stay at the property for the second year. The renewal fee charge is 75% of the first month’s rent payable in year one.

2 Weeks Rent (No VAT) + Service Fee

There is a reduction of the Tenant Finding Only Service charge when choosing to have Rent Collection Only Service or Full Management Service.

5% and (No VAT)

We collect the rent on your behalf each month and produce for you a landlord statement of account.  All late rent payments and rent arrears are dealt with in the professional manner adhering to all rules and regulations.

10% and (No VAT)

For those landlords looking to off load the burden of managing their own portfolio, we offer a management service that covers all aspects of renting to tenants.

  • Periodic property inspections

  • Collection of rent and dealing with rent arrears

  • Dealing with renewals and rent increases

  • Dealing with Gas Safety certificate renewal

  • Management of maintenance and payment of contractors

  • Production of landlord statements

  • 24 hour tenant emergency phone number

  • Mediation between tenant and landlord

  • Non Residential Landlord Scheme and dealing with landlord’s accountant

  • Management of deposit with The Deposit Protection Service
